We want you to love your fabrics. If something isn't right, here's how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

7-day window

You can request a return within 7 days of your order being delivered.

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, we'll make it right.

Easy requests

Request a return or refund right from your order page — no forms or phone calls.

Bank-transfer refunds

Approved refunds are sent straight to your bank account, with a receipt for proof.

How to request a return or refund

  1. Open the order from My Orders (or your tracking link).
  2. Once it's marked delivered, tap “Request a return or refund” and tell us the reason.
  3. We review your request and approve or decline it, with a note explaining why.
  4. If a refund is approved, we'll ask for your bank details and transfer the money — you'll see the refund receipt on your order.

What can be returned

Items in their original, unused condition. For hygiene reasons, cut fabric that has been altered or washed may not be eligible. Custom or clearance items may be final sale — we'll always tell you on the product page.

Exchanges

Prefer a different colour or fabric? Request a return for the original item and place a new order for the one you want. If you need help choosing, just message us on WhatsApp.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order yourself any time before it ships, from the order page.
